Logistics Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, distribution, and material handling.
• Drive performance across key warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, service levels, and backorders.
• Manage and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including import and export paperwork for international logistics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to material movement within ERP systems.
• Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates, facilitating training and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment using 5S principles.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless operational flow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ years of experience in warehouse supervision or team leadership, OR an Associate’s Degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Proven experience in warehouse supervision and team management.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and warehouse management software.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and goods movement.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation and international shipping processes.
• Familiarity with 5S principles and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
