Logistics Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform item and monetary accounting, inventory stock control, and financial planning.
• Oversee Aircraft Parts Store (APS), Mobility Readiness Spare Parts Kits (MRSPK), and inbound/outbound shipment functions.
• Manage multiple work centers and operational shifts to support a 24/5 mission requirement.
• Conduct inventories, manage shelf-life validation, and ensure facility safety and security.
• Coordinate with customers regarding delivery priorities and destination points.
• Control the issue of classified, sensitive, and controlled items.
• Supervise central receiving and coordinate shipping requirements with transportation.
• Perform technical material functions including crate building and hazardous cargo requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience with a proven track record in scheduling and managing others.
• Working knowledge of Integrated Logistics System-Supply (ILS-S) processes and procedures.
• Ability to possess and maintain a US Government Security Clearance (US Citizenship required).
• Associate's degree in a related field (e.g., logistics) or equivalent applicable work experience.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Ability to operate a forklift (up to 10k capacity) and other material handling equipment.
• Physical ability to lift a minimum of 45 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Air Force supply systems including Aircraft Parts Store, Flight Service Center, or Individual Protective Equipment.
• Familiarity with Air Force Instructions (AFI) and related technical manuals for asset management.
