Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong customer relationships while communicating regularly with carriers to promote services and tools
• Manage and coordinate daily shipments, ensuring accurate tracking and tracing from origin to destination
• Establish and coordinate shipment schedules with carriers and tender freight accordingly
• Negotiate and confirm competitive rates with carrier partners
• Update and maintain all shipment activity within the Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Proactively identify potential issues and implement swift, effective solutions
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue, load count, and profit objectives

Requirements

• Superior interpersonal and communication skills
• 1–3 years of transportation or logistics experience preferred
• Associate’s degree in Business Management or Logistics preferred
• Growth- and results-oriented mindset
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
