About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and operate customer portals
- Analyze customer orders and manage complaints
- Oversee the management of customer return packaging
- Prepare and analyze daily production plans
- Update system parameters for finished goods and semi-finished products
Requirements
- Higher education degree in supply chain management or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar logistics or planning role
- Experience working with OEM or TIER 1 automotive customers
- Fluency in Polish and English (knowledge of German, Italian, or French is a plus)
- Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools
