Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics operations with external warehouses across the EMEA region.
• Monitor logistics service providers' performance to ensure agreed service levels are met.
• Oversee material flows and identify opportunities to optimize warehouse and transportation processes.
• Prepare, review, and maintain export documentation, including Certificates of Origin (COO) and EUR.1 certificates.
• Maintain logistics documentation and records within SAP and other business systems.
• Cooperate with Customs Offices and agencies to ensure compliance with trade regulations and Incoterms.
• Partner with Procurement, Operations, and Warehouse teams to support uninterrupted operations.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Practical knowledge of Incoterms and import/export processes.
• Understanding of customs procedures and international trade requirements.
• English proficiency sufficient for daily communication with international partners.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks under time pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PL).
• Knowledge of SAP, MRP, or other ERP/logistics management systems.
• Understanding of AEO requirements and trade compliance processes.
• Knowledge of VAT and tax-related aspects of international goods movement.
• Additional European language skills.
