Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming shipments and coordinate outbound deliveries
• Prepare DN, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists accurately
• Perform scanning, packing, and labeling in accordance with company standards
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently
• Monitor and track shipment status
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager

Requirements

• College or Technical secondary school degree or above
• 1-2 years of experience in the logistics sector (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply)
• Proficiency in English or Chinese (reading, speaking, and writing)
• Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Customs and Trade processes
• Familiarity with customs documentation and procedures
