Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure GMP compliance throughout logistics operations and identify compliance gaps through quality event support
• Maintain the establishment and adherence to Moderna’s Quality Policy and Quality Management System
• Act as a subject matter expert in digital supply chain systems including SAP, Maximo, Veeva, and Kneat
• Implement preventive and corrective actions to drive continuous process improvements
• Comply with cGMP as well as federal, state, and local warehousing and material handling regulations
• Provide investigational support for inventory discrepancies or process gaps
• Support supply chain logistics projects and provide training to team members

Requirements

• Minimum of a High School Diploma
• At least 4 years of experience in Logistics and/or Supply Chain
• 2-3 years of industry experience in a cGMP environment
• Experience in Materials Management, Manufacturing Production, or Supply Chain Management
• Demonstrated ability to learn and maintain a strong understanding of GMP standards
• Must be able to work onsite full-time at the Norwood, MA location
