Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international import courier shipments for U.S. operations through carriers such as UPS and FedEx
• Monitor shipment movement and resolve delivery delays, customs holds, and clearance-related issues
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Review shipping documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, and HTS classifications
• Follow up with carrier brokerage teams regarding entry corrections and duty-related issues
• Maintain shipment tracking records, visibility updates, and operational reporting
• Maintain and contribute to the Quality Management System (QMS)

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in international logistics and import/export coordination
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance processes and trade compliance
• Experience handling international air and ocean import shipments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to work US night shift hours
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
