Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create invoices for each shipment and document shipments to meet all importation requirements
• Enter pedimentos into the system and manage importation files and payments for custom brokers
• Coordinate shipments from various countries based on purchase order origin
• Manage logistics for specific ports and destination warehouses
• Coordinate shipments to meet specific requirements for collections and direct deliveries
• Assist the purchasing department with inquiries regarding product shortages or incorrect items
• Ensure compliance with NOMs requirements and manage documentation such as certificates of origin

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in international commerce or an equivalent field
• Proven experience in importation processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Fluency in the English language
• Strong skills in planning, control, and problem analysis
