Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement supply chain activities for new products, including coordination with suppliers and customers
• Oversee the ramp-up of new product deliveries and coordinate pre-series production
• Participate in change management and ensure adherence to supply chain standards
• Prevent excess inventory during product changes and project terminations
• Utilize customer portals and maintain direct communication with customers
• Manage delivery plans in SAP and prepare shipping documentation
• Take responsibility for project logistics through Phase 4 (approximately 6 months after SOP)
• Perform analyses and propose supply chain strategies

Requirements

• Minimum of high school education (background in logistics is an advantage)
• Proficiency in English (B2 level)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Valid Category B driving license
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with SAP
• Proficiency in German
