Logistics Specialist (Logistics Planning Group)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics concepts for supply chain projects
• Plan and control material flows, ensuring material availability and managing inventory and packaging
• Process customer and project team orders within SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
• Order materials, monitor deliveries, analyze deviations, and initiate corrective actions
• Coordinate production planning, shipments, and customer deliveries to meet scheduled tasks
• Participate in new product launches, engineering changes, and the setup of logistics processes
• Interact with customers, suppliers, and internal departments using client portals and reporting tools

Requirements

• Higher education in economics or a related field
• Proficiency in English
• Strong proficiency in MS Office
• Analytical skills and the ability to make independent decisions
• Leadership qualities and a result-oriented mindset
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with SAP
