Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer container and packaging assets, including account maintenance and coordination with customers, suppliers, and service providers.
• Organize returns and handle complaints and logistical requirements related to packaging.
• Conduct regular inventory management, including stock reconciliations and physical audits to ensure high accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor and correct warehouse data using SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WM/EWM).
• Ensure data quality through regular reporting and managing stock transfers.
• Coordinate logistical processes along the supply chain and manage external service providers.
• Participate in continuous improvement processes (CIP) and monitor KPIs to maintain quality standards.

Requirements

• Vocational training in logistics, freight forwarding, or industry (e.g., Warehouse Logistics Specialist, Industrial Clerk, or similar).
• Proven experience in container, packaging, inventory, or stock management, ideally within the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in SAP, specifically the MM, WM/EWM, and SD modules.
• Strong skills in MS Office and experience using digital customer/supplier portals.
• Analytical thinking skills with a strong affinity for numbers.
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.
