Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage stock levels and order allocation to support planned dispatches and internal demand
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including receipting, stock movements, and reconciliations
• Work with the supply team to align inbound stock and identify excess or slow-moving inventory
• Book, coordinate, and track shipments to meet delivery schedules and customer commitments
• Partner with warehouse, dispatch, and transport teams to ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment
• Communicate shipment timelines and proactively resolve logistical issues
• Identify and implement improvements across inventory, allocation, and dispatch processes
• Use logistics systems to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy
• Support the supply chain team with ad hoc operational tasks and ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements

• Experience in inventory management and stock allocation
• Ability to coordinate and track shipments
• Experience working with warehouse and transport teams
• Proficiency in using logistics systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
