Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual performance tracking for the Logistics P&L and manage reporting in partnership with Finance and Business Development teams
• Manage end-to-end operations of the Logistics Program, prioritizing workflows and resolving operational issues
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned 3PL clients, managing daily needs and identifying fulfillment solutions
• Review client performance data and operational trends to provide recommendations for improved program outcomes
• Monitor client forecasts and volume projections in collaboration with Warehouse Operations to flag risks
• Contribute to process development and assist in the onboarding and training of new team members
• Work cross-functionally to identify and execute operational improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in order/inventory management, ecommerce, or fulfillment operations
• Proven experience in client management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools
• Experience with ecommerce integrations (Shopify and Magento experience is a plus)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
