Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of tech and accessories using an inventory management system
• Conduct inbound and outbound services including packing, shipping, and receiving
• Pick and pull orders for shipment and efficiently stock inventory
• Maintain tasks within the internal ticketing system
• Communicate with service partners regarding logistics needs via email and chat
• Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits
• Execute creation of package lists and carnet documentation
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and SLAs
• Travel to off-site events to manage load in, load out, and on-site inventory

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Mac OS, and Google Suite
• Ability to operate a forklift (certification provided)
• Valid California Driver's license with a clean record
• Availability for outside normal business hours, weekends, and on-call rotations
• Willingness to travel globally when required
• Positive attitude in high-stress, fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with vendor shipping software
• Experience working in a startup environment
