Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order processing and logistics-related inquiries
• Receive, register, validate, and process customer orders accurately in SAP
• Handle customer calls and inquiries while maintaining clear communication records
• Provide sales and operational support to customers and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer requests and ensure timely issue resolution
• Maintain accurate customer master data and documentation within the ERP system
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers
• Support continuous improvement of sales support and order management processes

Requirements

• Intermediate Vocational Education (MBO) or equivalent
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or Order Management in an international environment
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the ICT, Electronics, or Technology industry
• Proficiency in an additional European language
