Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics operations and ensure smooth process adherence through continuous interaction with logistics providers
• Oversee procedures and documentation for daily operations and perform Gemba activities to ensure quality and safety
• Identify, troubleshoot, and conduct methodical root cause analysis to solve operational problems
• Monitor and report on service provider performance and update KPIs and measurements
• Generate basic data to support continuous improvement activities

Requirements

• University degree in logistics or a relevant field
• Proven experience in logistics and a desire for professional growth
• Fluency in both Hungarian and English
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools
• Willingness to work in a multi-shift schedule
• Strong communication skills and a data-driven mindset
