Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage efficient goods receipt, storage, and internal transfers within a biotechnological laboratory environment
• Maintain and manage the SAP-driven warehouse management system in collaboration with IT and laboratory departments
• Pick and compile orders accurately using handheld scanners
• Ensure the safe packaging and timely shipping of medical products and consumables
• Perform general administrative tasks related to office and laboratory logistics

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in logistics or several years of professional experience in a comparable environment
• Extensive practical experience using SAP, Excel, and various analytical tools
• Proven experience operating handheld scanners
• Fluency in German (written and spoken) and basic proficiency in English
• Strong understanding of goods flow, quality standards, and safety regulations regarding hazardous materials
• Reliable, team-oriented, and highly motivated mindset
