Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global transportation of goods and ensure prompt deliveries based on customer needs
• Manage communication with third parties to ensure smooth business operations
• Open new trade lanes by finding new partners across the globe
• Create strong, reliable, and long-term relationships with customers through quality work and clear communication
• Collaborate closely with customer success, procurement, product management, growth and engineering teams
• Use Salesforce for logistics management
• Drive operational excellence and continuous personal improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management
• Data-driven with proficiency in KPIs and CRM systems (Salesforce)
• Experience optimizing costs while maintaining operational excellence
• Fluent in German (C1 or above)
• Experience scaling logistics operations across different countries
• Strong commercial mindset and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
