About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize and optimize daily transport in coordination with subcontractors
- Supervise flows and docks to ensure operational continuity and productivity
- Monitor performance indicators and implement corrective actions
- Manage and develop a team of approximately 30 employees, including Operations Managers
- Deploy Group HR policies regarding working hours, compensation, and discipline
- Ensure site safety, building compliance, and infrastructure maintenance
- Lead the deployment of company projects and new activities on-site
Requirements
- Significant experience in managing a logistics site or transport agency
- Proven ability to structure and develop management teams
- Strong analytical skills and operational vision
- Leadership skills and a results-oriented culture
