Logistics Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Organize and optimize daily transport in coordination with subcontractors
• Supervise flows and docks to ensure operational continuity and productivity
• Monitor performance indicators and implement corrective actions
• Manage and develop a team of approximately 30 employees, including Operations Managers
• Deploy Group HR policies regarding working hours, compensation, and discipline
• Ensure site safety, building maintenance, and compliance with technical standards
• Lead the deployment of company projects and new activities on-site

Requirements

• Significant experience in managing a logistics site or transport agency
• Proven ability to structure and develop management teams
• Strong analytical skills and operational/strategic vision
• Results-oriented mindset with high agility in priority management
