Responsibilities

• Rolling forecast planning
• KPI control (LDL) and performance management
• Monitoring delivery dates (inbound and outbound)
• Warehouse and inventory management
• Complaint and escalation management
• Preparing and conducting continuous improvement process (KVP) workshops
• Packaging material and master data management
• Acting as a central interface between departments and logistics

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or comparable training
• Several years of leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain
• Profound knowledge of warehouse logistics, transport management, and process optimization
• Proficiency in ERP systems (MS Navision preferred)
• Strong expertise in KPI management and process control
• Good German language skills
