Logistics Shift Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and plan the deployment of employees within a 2/3-shift operation
• Manage and monitor all logistical processes during your shift
• Ensure quality standards in picking, goods receipt, shipping, and storage
• Execute daily SAP routines, including goods movements and bookings
• Analyze and maintain master data to improve process efficiency
• Monitor and control conveyor technology in the picking area
• Ensure smooth and clean shift handovers
• Enforce occupational health and safety regulations
• Support inventory counts, special projects, and process optimizations
• Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and handle reporting

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in logistics, ideally in a leadership role
• High level of responsibility, organizational strength, and assertiveness
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• SAP knowledge is preferred
• English language skills are desirable
• Team-oriented and structured way of working
• Willingness to work in a 2/3-shift system
