Logistics Shared Services Specialist - Last Mile

Responsibilities

• Act as the first-line processor for Last Mile Delivery claims submitted by stores, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Classify and route claims to appropriate resolution queues based on established governance rules.
• Monitor claims against SLAs, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure proper root cause documentation.
• Maintain high data quality and support reporting to identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Outbound Transportation, Distribution Centers, Carriers, and Stores to ensure transparent claim resolution.

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in logistics, shared services, or service support roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and strong analytical skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Experience with ERP or TMS systems, or claim handling tools like Power Apps and Forms.
• Strong understanding of last mile delivery processes and store delivery execution.

• Experience in a multi-country, international working environment.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive process improvements.
