Logistics, Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support Lead Logistics Provider (LLP) optimization through data analysis, process mapping, and performance tracking.
• Analyze and consolidate logistics data, including freight spend and carrier performance, to develop and monitor KPIs.
• Partner with internal stakeholders in Logistics, Procurement, and Operations to drive process standardization.
• Identify and resolve data integrity issues related to logistics procurement and carrier data.
• Manage carrier performance to drive resolutions regarding delivery, costing, capacity, and transit.
• Leverage Transportation Management System (TMS) expertise to support operations integration and process automation.
• Document logistics processes and provide training to internal teams on operational initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations roles.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of freight operations, carrier management, and logistics procurement.
• Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucid.
• BS/BA in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics data analysis and continuous process improvement.
• Experience with both international and domestic transportation activities.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to create detailed action plans.
• Analytical mindset with a reputation as a change agent.
• Proficiency in Spanish language skills is a plus.
