Logistics Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations including adjusting incoming package volumes and driver numbers
• Create and optimize delivery routes for drivers to ensure high-quality customer experiences
• Provide recovery support for delayed drivers and communicate disaster/safety information to stakeholders
• Utilize Amazon systems and Excel to create operational reports and manage system settings
• Support new project implementations and operational expansions during peak sale seasons
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training manuals to improve safety and efficiency

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional work experience
• Proficiency in PC skills, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel
• Business-level Japanese language skills (reading and writing)
• Ability to work in a shift-based environment (including weekends, holidays, and night shifts)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis or using SQL/VBA for process improvement
• Ability to remain calm and make flexible decisions during unexpected troubleshooting
• Experience in management or leading projects to completion
• Business-level English proficiency
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse stakeholders
