Logistics Sales Intern

Responsibilities

• Track shipments using technology systems and provide real-time updates to customers
• Ensure complete visibility and maintain accurate shipment records throughout the lifecycle
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide proactive shipment updates via customer portals
• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments and coordinate with third-party vendors
• Collect and verify shipment paperwork such as bills of lading and delivery receipts
• Organize team documents and contribute to maintaining Standard Operating Procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet goals in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Current student (undergraduate or graduate) with 20-29 hours per week availability
• Ability to work onsite in Fort Worth, TX with a schedule that may include early-day office hours
• Strong interest in logistics, supply chain, or customer service
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities
• Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems quickly
• Positive attitude, high energy, and ability to thrive in a competitive team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks
