Logistics Routes TMS Administrator and Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Transport Management System (TMS) tools, specifically for European transport plans and data integration.
• Oversee European billing and transport data, including carrier rates and billing reports.
• Monitor transport and customs costs for European operations, including invoice validation and posting.
• Produce monthly transport performance and financial KPIs using Power BI.
• Manage transport and customs supplier purchase orders and calculate monthly accruals.
• Monitor budgets and analyze cost variances within the European region.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize customer and internal operations.

Requirements

• 4 to 5+ years of experience in TMS administration for a freight forwarder or international company.
• Strong knowledge of European road transport and international air and ocean transport.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in International Logistics.
• Ability to work onsite in Bhiwadi, India, following European working hours (Paris time).

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Understanding of European road and air hazmat regulations.
• Fluency in French.
• Experience with integrated supply chain management.
