Logistics Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage customer supply chain information and data within the Transportation Management System
• Monitor customer load boards and information flow to ensure efficient transportation arrangements
• Perform exception management and maintain team mailboxes
• Document and organize existing standard operating processes
• Facilitate customer calls and provide proactive updates
• Meet operational metrics and manage reconciliation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Conduct system training for external customer representatives
• Identify process improvements and cost savings using the project-based delivery model

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, or Logistics
• Minimum 1 year of experience troubleshooting information systems
• Fluent in English and the primary language of the applicable region
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional overtime
• Ability to travel up to 5% domestically or internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong critical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Continuous improvement mindset
