Logistics Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage customer supply chain information and data within the Transportation Management System
• Monitor customer load boards and information flow to ensure efficient transportation arrangements
• Perform relationship and knowledge-based exception management for pre-defined processes
• Document and organize existing standard operating processes
• Facilitate customer calls and provide proactive updates
• Meet operational metrics and manage reconciliation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Conduct system trainings for external customer representatives
• Identify process improvements and cost savings using the project-based delivery model

Requirements

• High School Diploma and/or GED
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, and/or Logistics
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with and troubleshooting information systems
• Fluent in English and the primary language of the applicable region
• Ability to travel up to 5% (domestic and/or international)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when requested

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong critical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to adapt to changing environments
