Logistics Relationship Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the main communication point for clients, centralizing requests, doubts, and feedback
• Conduct periodic meetings and monitor satisfaction indicators (e.g., NPS)
• Coordinate logistical demands with internal areas to align expectations and delivery
• Monitor PDI and repair activities, ensuring compliance, quality, and deadlines
• Support the resolution of operational problems and manage priorities according to SLAs
• Identify process improvement opportunities and prepare reports, dashboards, and status presentations
• Support leadership during crises and collaborate with support areas

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Administration, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or related fields
• Consolidated experience in logistics operations and customer service within a Supply Chain context
• Knowledge of warehousing, shipping, receiving, and movement management processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in an automotive yard
• Organized and results-oriented profile
