Logistics Reception Technician

Responsibilities

• Manage the physical and documentary verification of incoming aeronautical parts, including purchased items and those returned for repair.
• Handle the reception of parts removed from aircraft, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
• Update information systems to maintain real-time inventory and traceability.
• Execute the shipment of parts to support aircraft troubleshooting, clients, repair workshops, or outstations.
• Contribute to Quality, Safety, and Environment (QSE) initiatives and continuous improvement processes.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Requirements

• BAC+2 degree in Logistics or Transport (or equivalent experience: BAC with 5+ years in logistics).
• Validated English proficiency at level A2 (specifically in Reading and Listening).
• Proficiency with IT tools and information systems.
• Methodical, rigorous, and highly respectful of operational procedures.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with shifted/staggered schedules.
