Logistics & Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics operations across regional warehouses.
• Manage a distribution budget of approximately 13M EUR, ensuring cost adherence and variance explanation.
• Act as the operational lead for logistics quality and compliance, including warehouse audits and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain dynamic Cost to Serve (CTS) models and automated reporting suites to support decision-making.
• Manage relationships with 3PL providers and carriers, leading operational reviews and capacity negotiations.
• Optimize supply chain processes through S&OP/S&OE frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Line manage the Logistics and Quality coordinator, providing coaching and performance management.

Requirements

• Proven people management experience.
• Broad experience in logistics or supply chain management within complex, multi-party environments.
• Experience with demand forecasting, volume planning, and using S&OP inputs.
• Strong project management skills and experience in freight tendering or 3PL negotiation.
• Proficiency in developing automated reporting and data-driven analytical tools.
• Exposure to international transport, customs, and excise regulations.
• Background in FMCG, retail, or fast-paced consumer goods industries.
