Logistics Project Manager Senior

Responsibilities

• Capture logistics requirements from plants during early project phases to support RFQ preparation
• Translate plant needs into clear logistics inputs for Purchasing and sourcing teams
• Support supplier validation and PPAP-related logistics activities
• Coordinate material flow implementation following supplier selection
• Define and secure material flows for various receivers, including Indian, Australian, and KD plants
• Collaborate closely with Purchasing, R&D, Transport Operations, Plant Logistics, and Packaging teams
• Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, and follow-up actions
• Ensure smooth transition from the project phase to operational execution
• Develop communication plans and KPIs for the project

Requirements

• Strong experience in logistics project management or supply chain project support
• Background in industrial or manufacturing environments, preferably within the automotive industry
• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end logistics and material flow design
• Experience working cross-functionally with Purchasing, Plants, and Suppliers
• Knowledge of PPAP and supplier readiness processes
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, coordination, and planning
• Strong communication skills in English
• A structured, analytical, and pragmatic mindset
