Logistics Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics projects at the site level to ensure high performance within the production center
• Act as the guarantor for project schedules, milestones, budgets, and organization
• Propose and lead projects aimed at optimizing the supply chain
• Define and deploy flows for new projects in collaboration with operational teams
• Manage change and lead training for production teams
• Ensure the long-term sustainability of deployed projects

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5)
• Proven experience in industrial logistics or supply chain management
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency in logistics methodologies and tools, including VSM and flow management
• Experience using SAP
• Proactive mindset with a strong field presence and leadership capabilities
