Logistics Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Guarantee high-performance logistics within the production center
• Coordinate logistics projects at the site level
• Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, and organization
• Drive projects aimed at optimizing the supply chain
• Define and deploy flows for new projects in collaboration with operational teams
• Lead change management and training for production teams
• Ensure the sustainability of deployed projects

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5)
• Experience in industrial logistics or supply chain
• Project management skills
• Ability to analyze existing processes
• Knowledge of logistics methodologies and tools (VSM, flow management, storage optimization)
• Proficiency in SAP
• Proactive mindset with field-oriented approach
• Strong communication and leadership skills
