About the role

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate transport operations in compliance with regulations, working closely with internal teams and external providers.
  • Manage daily import-export flows, including customs formalities and dispute resolution.
  • Conduct proactive regulatory monitoring regarding customs, transport, and export licenses (dual-use goods, military equipment).
  • Optimize and update Import/Export processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Map transport flows and analyze data to identify performance optimization levers.
  • Evaluate transport partner performance using key indicators such as On-Time Delivery (OTD) and On-Quality Delivery (OQD).
  • Maintain and update customs data, including customs codes and product origins.
  • Support low-carbon freight strategies in collaboration with the CSR department.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a BAC+4 level program specializing in International Trade, Supply Chain, Transport, or Logistics.
  • Solid knowledge of international trade, Incoterms, customs, international taxation, and exceptional transport.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Suite.
  • Previous experience with an ERP system (Microsoft D365 preferred).
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational skills, rigor, reactivity, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
