Logistics Process Technician II

Responsibilities

• Load and unload packaged goods and bulk liquid materials
• Operate DeltaV (DCS) to blend materials and manage bulk loading/unloading
• Perform quality checks for inbound and outbound shipments using checklists and work instructions
• Document and maintain inventory via Excel and SAP
• Perform inventory cycle counts and necessary adjustments in SAP
• Troubleshoot equipment issues including valves, pumps, hoses, and instrumentation
• Maintain area GMP, housekeeping, and safety standards
• Identify and update work instructions to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders and work at heights
• Willingness to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow safety and environmental regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in a scientific or technical field
• 1+ year of experience in a logistical, manufacturing, or scheduling role
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
• Experience with MS Office suite, specifically Excel
