Logistics Planning Support

Responsibilities

• Place purchase orders using MRP and SAP to ensure timely material arrival for brewery production
• Collaborate with brewery operations, warehouses, transport teams, and vendors
• Attend daily meetings to communicate material supply risks and priorities
• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to ordering, logistics, and operations
• Conduct data integrity routines and root cause analysis on operational issues or bottlenecks
• Maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure Master Data accuracy
• Manage supplier and new design transitions based on planning and innovation instructions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or Supply Chain Management
• Strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset
• Experience in Supply Chain Management
• Understanding of warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and purchase orders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Experience with SAP or TMS (Transport Management System) is preferred
• Experience with Power BI and EDI processes is a plus
