Logistics & Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and synchronize planning, scheduling, production, and logistics activities across multiple sites
• Evaluate and anticipate demand in collaboration with Sales, Production, and R&D teams
• Structure and manage production planning and scheduling to ensure program execution
• Oversee all internal and external logistical flows, including transport, customs, and operational logistics
• Optimize costs, lead times, inventory levels, and customer service quality
• Manage logistics teams across two French sites, including warehouse, store, administrative, and planning staff
• Drive continuous improvement of logistical and industrial processes within a growing international environment

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial environment
• Significant expertise in production planning and scheduling
• Proven experience managing structured logistics teams
• Strong understanding of industrial processes, supply chain, and planning challenges
• Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically SAP
• Advanced skills in Excel and data management tools
• Fluency in both English and French is required
