Logistics Planning Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize national logistics planning, including reception, storage, distribution, and transport.
• Manage transport and distribution services, including movements between plants (Querétaro, Monterrey, and Cuernavaca), external warehouses, and customers.
• Monitor operational indicators and reports to identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize efficiency in deliveries, lead times, and logistics costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory standards, and internal controls across the entire operation.
• Oversee inventory management, storage, and material flow.
• Drive a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain roles.
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including distribution, storage, and inventory management.
• Experience managing operational indicators and driving process improvement.
• Ability to coordinate operations across multiple sites and manage national scope.
