Logistics Planning Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate Supply Network Plans for specific product groups within a 1-15 month tactical horizon to meet demand plans.
• Create strategic 36-month rolling supply plans to identify potential long-term constraints.
• Develop supply scenarios to balance total supply chain costs with customer service requirements.
• Manage inventory and replenishment targets, including monitoring aging, unallocated stock, and obsolete materials.
• Monitor planning KPIs such as OTIF, forecast accuracy, and capacity utilization to identify improvement areas.
• Act as a key commercial liaison and cross-functional partner for Procurement, Finance, Sales, and Operations.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance end-to-end planning reliability.

Requirements

• University degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a comparable planning or supply chain role.
• Proven experience with forecasting and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
• Proficiency in ERP tools and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities with a passion for detailed data analysis.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at various levels.
