Logistics Planner

Responsibilities

• Analyze production programs and resolve any discrepancies
• Coordinate directly with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
• Create and prioritize delivery schedules, adapting to available resources and emergency situations
• Manage inventory levels to optimize supply chain efficiency
• Arrange transportation and collaborate with carriers
• Work with customs agencies for non-EU suppliers
• Initiate and support LEAN manufacturing and logistics activities

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Economics or Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or production planning
• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred
• Fluency in Polish and good command of English
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• High level of independence and self-reliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in a second foreign language
