About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate material flow and service levels between customers, sales teams, and supplying plants
  • Create delivery plans and schedules while supporting production scheduling processes
  • Manage customer forecasts, order confirmations, and stock keeping parameters
  • Resolve bottleneck situations, customer shortages, and manage product changes or engineering updates
  • Maintain customer-specific data, including PFEP and guidelines, and manage customer portals
  • Act as the MRP controller for all assigned part numbers and customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics planning or supply chain management
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, specifically in logistics, inventory, and production modules
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within the automotive or manufacturing sectors
