About the role

Responsibilities

  • Plan and optimise daily driver routes to ensure efficient fleet utilisation and service levels
  • Support the Client Care team by managing customer queries, complaints, and requests
  • Manage internal transport routing between various depots
  • Complete daily administration tasks to support invoicing, certification, and service performance
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and manage depot stock control and purchasing
  • Prepare performance reports and analysis to assist management decision-making
  • Collaborate with the Quality & Compliance Manager to ensure safety and best practices across operations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in routing, logistics, or fleet management
  • Strong administration experience, including document processing and spreadsheet proficiency
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of tasks
  • FLT licence
  • Experience within the waste, security, textile, or shredding industries is preferred
