Logistics Operator

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming media shipments and perform inspections, including manifest reviews and barcoding
• Execute media asset imaging and data entry into the asset management system
• Organize media storage and coordinate delivery to respective production teams
• Manage the check-out process for completed media and prepare items for return or long-term warehousing
• Maintain accurate inventory of all media and equipment entering or exiting the facility
• Identify and report missing or damaged materials to studio supervisors
• Ensure all outgoing media is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move freight from warehouse racking or trucks
• Assist with the training of newly employed workers

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Familiarity with barcodes and barcode scanning technology
• Understanding of inventory control practices and logistics
• Proficiency with inventory software and organizational computer applications
• Ability to handle media assets with appropriate care and precision

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment
• Forklift operation certification
