Logistics Operator

Responsibilities

• Process transport orders, loading/unloading documentation, and weighbridge data in designated systems
• Maintain contact with carriers, drivers, terminals, and internal departments regarding planning and logistics coordination
• Supervise incoming and outgoing bulk transport and support the planning of truck and ship loading/unloading activities
• Handle administrative processing of CMRs, weighbridge slips, and other transport documentation
• Maintain hour registrations and operational schedules
• Support drivers with loading activities and connecting loading installations while monitoring safety
• Inspect installations, signal deviations, and resolve minor technical malfunctions where possible
• Collaborate closely with operators and support operational activities within the plant
• Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety on location

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• MBO level of working and thinking, preferably in logistics, technology, or operations
• Technical insight and affinity with installations and bulk logistics processes
• Customer-oriented, stress-resistant, and strong communication skills
• Experience with Winweigh is a plus
• Accurate and administratively strong
• Hands-on mentality and solution-oriented thinking
• Excellent command of Dutch and English
• French and/or German is a plus
