Logistics Operative

Responsibilities

• Execute diverse tasks across all logistics areas, including goods-in, materials handling, warehousing, storage, packing, and distribution
• Maintain high 6S standards and utilize lean methodology to optimize operational processes
• Complete all documentation accurately and timely in accordance with operational procedures and ERP processes
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and applicable ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001)
• Support continuous improvement projects focused on customer satisfaction, cost reduction, and process efficiency
• Liaise with internal departments and external customers to meet logistics requirements professionally

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics, including materials handling, packing, warehousing, and distribution
• Previous exposure to lean manufacturing principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using ERP systems
• Experience conducting investigations into non-conformance and performing root cause analysis
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of people
• A flexible, motivated, and "can-do" attitude
