About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform regular quality audits of vehicle inspections (PDI) at the port
- Verify compliance with PDI standards and procedures
- Control the classification of damage (A/B/C categories)
- Audit repairs and refurbishments to ensure no residual defects in appearance, adjustment, or cleanliness
- Verify traceability of all completed repairs
- Monitor the quality and consistency of weekly reporting
- Produce audit summaries including KPIs, discrepancies, and corrective actions
Requirements
- Experience in automotive quality auditing
- 5 to 10 years of experience in logistics, transport, or freight forwarding
- Mastery of PDI processes and vehicle inspection
- Proficiency in quality tools (8D, PDCA, 5 Why, Pareto, 5W2H, and Lean management)
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Professional English proficiency
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
