Logistics Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage Distribution Center and delivery operations, supervising various areas to ensure process quality, SLA compliance, and operational safety.
• Monitor KPIs and management reports, analyzing logistical data to support decision-making and optimize performance.
• Optimize processes and customer experience by identifying continuous improvement opportunities through quality tools.
• Standardize workflows and solve chronic problems by implementing methodologies to resolve recurring failures.
• Drive site scalability by participating in growth and expansion strategies for the unit.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, and Claude.
• Solid experience in Cross-docking, Service Center, and Last Mile operational routines.
• Proven track record in direct team leadership, project management, and process conduction.
• Knowledge of TMS (Transportation Management Systems).
• Availability to work onsite in Resende - RJ during business hours.
